A group that is easily forgotten in these years of atrocities in the Middle East, that spill over to Europe, and here the election (I totally share the feeling of the Doonesbury cartoon), so a group that is easily forgotten is homeless pets. Since the fall of 1999, I have been clicking EVERY DAY (I must have missed a maximum of 10 days because of being in a plane or something like that) on the "Click here - It's FREE" button of the Seattle-based Animal Rescue Site http://theanimalrescuesite.greatergood.com/clickToGive/ars/home. Each click allows a donation of food to animals in shelters.

I don't expect anybody else to be clicking every day like me, but just to know that the site has very nice gifts for all occasions, including Xmas cards for next year. It makes a nice Favorite on your browser.

And Silverboy when you feel like helping an animal somewhere in the world, you can just click...
