I would like to point out that Aston does not have a contract of 25 hours a week at a salary of 5,500 yuan a month. One is able to be paid more than what is listed for salaries on the Aston web site depending on your skills as a teacher. Not all the school are bad as it depends on the school and the managers at that time. I have seen a lot of teachers come to Aston and expect the school to bend over backwards for them. This is a two way street as life is in the west too. You must give and take a little to get anywheres in life.
