Yeah they looked kind of fishy. I received an email from them yesterday and decided to call James Lee (the man who sent it to me). His # is +86 13757164810. I speak Chinese, but that wasn't necessary, because he speaks English. They are a placement agency, not a school. They are stationed in Zhejiang near ShangHai. So they really aren't so fishy afterall.
