Yes, my friend Fred, we can only laugh. The toddler has exposed himself so often as being ill placed as an instructor of English that it is a wonder he has found a teaching niche here. Oh yes, this is China, but soon the wheat will be separated from the chaff. When that happens, he and his fecal obsession will have to relocate and he'll be forced to foist his version of English off on other unsuspecting students. Oh well, the toddler and his cohorts seem to be a mutual admiration society. For that reason, in regards to their obsessive behavior and mindless and tiring babble, I must insert the following quote for their perusal - and hopefully for the benefit of continuing your well placed mirth:
