Miles better to be invited for a snifter of white Chinese liquor by Mr River of Yuncheng IELTS and the like.You can expect a good meal and a copious supply of Chinese beer plus a pack or two of premium Chinese cigarettes to puff on between gulping down beer to wash down and dilute the stinging baijou,or between mouthfuls of tender morsels.Now that's what I call Chinese hospitality.That is the 'cheese'.What a difference!
