When a foreigner abroad needs to renew his (or her) passport, what's the imparted meaning of the number of corners cut on the original?
Is it a kind of secret code able to be read by border guards as a red light against that foreigner?
M,y advice: you needn't trust your homeland's embassy/visa office. Rightly or wrongly it colludes with others.
So, know your rights before you venture abroad. What you do wrong in one country is none of their goddam business, unless you are a potential TERRORIST!
Don't let them cheat you.
I wasn't able to be cheated by them, though they tried. But the foreign wimps working here alongside me would be subserviant to them, and/or dislike my cheating and living in the country that I'm cheating. How dare they?
They're far too haughty!
