I have already proved you wrong. I have not had a TA in any of the 4 schools I have worked in since 2002. Neither have any of my colleagues. Sweeping statements and generalisations are easy to refute.

If you do not have any TAs at your place, it does not mean that they do not exist and form part of the traditional circumstances under which FTs are working in China and have been doing so in the past years.
