Ok, so its a 120 hour course- 100 hour class (in-class or online) with 20 hours of practicum. I believe that this meets int'l standards. The practicum component seems like its shadowing/observing/tutoring an ESL class. Which I'm probably gonna do on a volunteer basis anyway.

My main concern with the class is the recognition. I'd have to do the online component, due to $. Mainly, when job-hunting, I'd like to know that certification with this (or any other non-CELTA/___ TESOL - they charge and ask for too much in my opinion and circumstance) would actually lend weight to my resume/be a good bargaining chip.
