I can't agree with you Karen. I've worked in China, Korea and Japan and I've always found that the schools that are very aware of Western cultural norms have the most integrity, they pay on time and they're less likely to change their contracts mid-way through. I ALWAYS watch for gender specifics when seeking out a school and I haven't been wrong yet.
