You have tried to make excuses for plagiarists here several times. And I don't want to hear that crap about how hard most Chinese teachers work. I am doing 18 classes a week at my university and the Chinese teachers think it is too much. Chinese people spend a lot of time at work, but most of them don't do much. Mamy of them would have a hard time if they had to live in the West and actually work 50 or 60 hours a week.

There is no excuse for plagiarism in China or in the West. Please do not make excuses for plagiarists!
