In response to Can A Non Native English Speaker Teach In Korea - ESL discussion (shamus donovan)
I have looked at many different job postings, most clearly state they want native speakers. Some even state they want native speakers from Canada and USA.
What kind of passport does she have? That will make a big difference.
Countries like Japan and South Korea have very strict entrance rules for teachers. Most of them require the teacher to be a native speaker and to have a BA degree.
