If a teacher quits a job in northern China near Beijing before his visa/work permit expires, can the employer have the police cancel the visa and force the foreigner to leave China forever? I am asking because I have known many foreigners who do quit a "private" English training school and they go work for another one.The employer has not paid me yet. The guess is that they are using the salary as leverage to get the F VISA and convert it to a tourist visa.But I am concerned about the date they put on the visa.
