Does anyone have the name of a person that a foreigner can speak with via telephone for the Qingdao Immigration Bureau? I need a phone number where I can call someone and speak with them directly. I am not having any luck with getting hold of anyone concerning some immigration concerns that I want to take action on. A fax number would also be good if I can fax in some documents.
