The Qingdao Ewha Korean School is now firing employees after they get sick from massive BLACK MOLD in teacher housing and they refuse to move the teachers, correct the problem, or pay for medical bills. A teacher from Canada is now very sick and so is his wife and son (age 5), as a result of BLACK MOLD. If anyone here has experience in dealing with toxic poisoning in China and such exposure being work related, please post here. Presently all options are on the table to include filing lawsuits, health agencies, etc. The man needs a good ESL lawyer that is experienced in ESL contracts, SAFEA laws, etc. Many of the ESL teachers at the Qingdao Ewha Korean School are working without an FEC or a valid Z visa and now they are also being poisoned. Any assistance with the name of a good China-based lawyer that is experienced in such matters would be appreciated.
