The training would have been 100 time more useful with some feedback that could have been used. All we got was negativity.
It's a shame, other teachers at other schools probably got so much more out of it than we did at IH Valladolid. Hopefully the next school I work at will be more encouraging and supportive. Hopefully with more opportunities to development.
