The Chinese are really shooting themselves in the foot with their illogical and stupid visa regulations. I think in the future more and more FT's will teach on L's, unless visa rules are changed, and an RP can be used easily in any province in China, and foreigners are not required to do that silly medical exam each year.
Agreed. The gulf countries can easily process a work visa/make you a temporary resident...why not China?

I think it is rooted in racism, only Chinese can be Chinese. Until this changes and the visa process is more transparent, it's just a headache!
