They are well-known for a service that leaves much to be desired. I would never open a bank account at Citibank...pardon, ShittibanK!

Unfortunately for me, in its wisdom the SPPA (Scottish Public Pensions Agency) employs Shittibank to distribute public pensions!
Said bank has been incompetent for over a year when dealing with my pension transfers to a Chinese bank of my choice. Initially, Shittibank tried to transfer my pension in RMB to my Chinese bank, which is impossible to effect under current international banking regulations as the RMB is designated a CONTROLLED currency. That blunder caused me a long delay.
The recent delay has been caused by the UK bank's inability to switch my pension payments from one Chinese bank to another - something relatively simple like that has still not been dealt with by Shittibank during a period of 4 1/2 months to date. That's ridiculous!
