Doctor T, the consequences of closing EF are that there will be a gap fill-in. May I remind you there are plenty of ambitious local business people with connections, dirty money but little in a sense of qualifications, experience, skills or talent in the field. This means that the "crappy" schools/center will thrive under the local management further. But perhaps you are right to shut down EF. At least, the locals will stop copying its brand name product and will have a harder time to facilitate their counterfeits traditionally.
