Silverb, 'cause u don't use course books or supplementaries doesn't mean it's a better option. Then, a uni "oral English" gig is a different ball game than actual language teaching. A uni "subject" gig is yet another ball game. The company in case is about standards that allow English language teachers a degree of flexibility while focusing on areas of proficiency. Judging by your posts on the board, you fella are flat.
