In response to I need some quick advice, guys - ESL discussion (Ann-Toe-Knee)

Your korean employer applied for a e-2 visa in korea for you, but you decided to change your mind and take another job somewhere else.
---------------
By this time your e-2 visa invitation form should be ready to be sent to you. My best advice is that you tell your korean employer asap that you are not going to make it to his school. Also, volunteer to reimburse him the e-2 visa application payment. Ask your employer to cancel the e-2 application with korean immigration, your korean employer have to send them a letter to cancel the e-2 visa. If your korean employer decides not to send a letter to korean immigration, you are screw and can not get another e-2 visa until this is formaly cancel. I guess is time for you to pay the piper and reimburse you korean employer to clear this. Good luck, jun
