Most of us only teach oral English, and you don't even need a degree for that. I am not against oral English tests for FT's to winkle out the atrocious native speakers.

I am not against the rare non-native English speaker FT-just the hoards of Africans, Russians, whatever, often employed by the Chinese to save money, and push down the wages of other FT's. I am not suggesting that you can't find one African out of a hundred, good enough. You are obviously a one in a hundred man, I'd say.
