Yes, with the training centers some hapless weasels might get caught up in the unfortunate razing due to preparing to put on their monkey suits and clown costumes for their bosses. Their bosses want more money, so they need a ritual of sorts and had asked the weasels to jump up and down while throwing their hands up in the sky. They were just going to do this rain dance when the entire infrastructure just collapsed.
