Even if they stop cheating the world will still have little trust in them. Their culture is embedded with deceit and everyone knows it. It will literally takes many generations for the world to ever trust them. I would suggest we are stuck with a nation that thrives on deception. I would suggest they have no intention of changing their ways, "its chinese"!
