I would like to teach part time (Part Time!) in Petrozavodsk for 1 year

I have researched the area and as my business is doing well now I figured I would enjoy teaching (I have helped many students study informally)

So, I understand that it is essential to have TEFL or the the equivalent if it has been renamed?
