Some very interesting points there... Dare I say that the main fear relating to the international propaganda arm's reach, is influence upon South America, Africa and other non-westernised places. There seems to be a forthcoming battle of ideologies that could be set to explode and with the U.S.A not having such a great track record in recent times (wars, economic crisis etc), there is a concern that some countries will start to become more friendly with China, whether or not we should really fear or welcome that, is a different question though.
