People like Woodbine Willie/Mancunian/Beelzebub should be locked away in a mental asylum and have the keys thrown away. They live only to spread hate, falsehood, and misery amongst normal folk. Truly the most dangerous breed of people in society. They cannot leave others alone and can never understand what sharing Peace of Mind is. Many of these types work in government, corporations, and education. They cannot change, for it is a mental condition that they are born into.
