"Trust she is clean" - Hey, Sammy, that's a very naive and also stupid statement. It is risky as well. You show either use a condom in one night stands, or you should ask the person to show you a health certificate with the results of the test not older than two months.
The other side of the coin is that it's the same for the other person in regard to yourself.

Having fun with sex is good and natural, but do it responsibly and don't turn off your brain! Sex is a God-given gift, but He did not expect Men to turn their brain off when "doing" it...hahahaha
