Getting an STD in China is a big hassle. I've heard stories of guys having to fly back to the UK or USA for proper treatment. I suppose OK if you can afford it, but hardly conveinient!

Well, if you work at a large international corporation and you need to provide the sick note too... It is not going to look good.
