Yes, 30 years in jail, good, 40 would be better though. I think that it is a fair and reasonable penalty for evildoer child abusers, of whatever nationality. Some people would say death is appropriate.
I know that people on here have strong feelings about this issue. I am glad the regular posters on here have high moral and ethical standards and values.

We should never even tolerate the slightest bit of sexual abuse as far as children are concerned.

Actually just 10 years with normal prisoners rather than being kept on a special wing is a more appropriate punishment. They probably won't last all 10 years in most cases.
