If the Chinese want to develop a decent tourism industry then English will also be essential, maybe Spanish and French also.
I don't wish to 'toot my own horn' hee hee haw haw! but I know a professional who teaches Tinglish. It's a sort of arse-about-face spin-off with due invention to detail.
