Looks like somebody's been googling Hejin. My guess is a foreign teacher due to be sent there on behalf of one of Yuncheng's agencies has been googling the name of the city.

'Foreigner teacher' is grammatically incorrect. Most likely to be an African or a Filipino.

Last academic year, Hejin number 2 senior middle school, a private school, had 2 EV FTs teaching grade 2 seniors while grade 1 had 2 IELTS FTs. Hejin number 1, a state senior middle school with many excellent students, had 2 EV FTs teaching grade 2 while 2 IELTS FTs taught grade 1.

The private school has just one campus, while the state school has 2 separate campuses.

In total, there were 4 FTs in Hejin city, teaching between both schools. It's a cheap city that is very small, about 90 minutes from Yuncheng by car!
