First ask yourself:
What do you want from the girl?

a)long-term relationship b)a quick-romance and c)just a friend (JAF).

If you want a)invite her to a movie, a walk on the beach, meet her most important thing: her FAMILY.
If you're in a rush looking for b)invite her to the most expensive restaurant in town, buy her gifts..don't show insecurity, fear of failure, penny pinching, inferiority complexes, don't insult her intelligence. If you are getting nothing back, move on quickly (invest max 5 dates at 200 dollars each including gifts). And if you only want JAF c)set up a Skype account and teach her and her friends English-free..expect nothing back from JAF!.
