No, it doesn't give you expertise in that. It gives you an opinion, that is all. And you apply that opinion like a blanket over all things ESL without looking any further at specifics or individual cases, which is irresponsible and blinkered.The expertise I have is enough to have an educated opinion on the business side of ESL, the system behind it and the actors in it..
