Without disclosing my location, I can say that the local TV company seems to have licensed a lot of content from abroad as the movie channel has stuff in several European languages.

Fair enough, location was the least I meant when I asked about local telecoms, I did not mean it to come across that way.

I merely wanted it in China for Fox Movies/Fox TV series and the Discovery Channel. Not really a big football fan.
