I'm sorry that you didn't get the joke. I suppose my attempts at humour are not for everyone.

If I reply to a new poster I try and be courteous. I assumed it was a send-up but I'm not perfect and I don't want to upset just because I am nearly sure. It was not beyond the realms of possibility that it was a genuine post. If you allow me to correct myself instead of pouncing "where's your sense of humour!?" I will say you wrote a good comical post with the reservation of the smutty language. I never liked it from Tommy Trinder or Arthur Askey and I don't like it now. Not that it shocks me I just find it eternally moronic like the big-boobed funny postcards on sale at Brighton beach.
