Re: Re Changing careers

Which proves that you don't need to be friendly with every other foreigner that you meet in China.

Well CL mentioned self-serving individuals in his other post. There is something strange that happens to foreigners in China, an old poster mentioned something like foreigners in China behave like they never would in their own countries. It's not just China, foreigners will pass you by on the street and not even notice you or even look at you with disdain or scornfully. In China, it is number 1, or after me, you come first. The only thing you can depend on is the reflection in the mirror. I'll never venture back to that godforsaken communist place.

I'd actually say that overpriced but poor quality red wine mixed with sprite in more common in KTVs than baijiu, baijiu is more of a dinner drink.
Beer and spirits are usually far more common though.

As for that other poster, he is a strange one...

baijiu is a spirit.

Confounded cheek calling me strange. I'm not the one who stopped posting, deleted all posts and then concentrated all efforts in another handle. i am also not a strange one who insults women and handicapped people, apparently for the fun of it.
