who actually says "Have a gay day?" in contemporary English? You know exactly what you are doing when you use this phrase directed to certain poster(s).

I would like to add in that if yu fa is going to be roasted over the coals for a term that is not actually using a slur like faggot,in a sentence, it can reasonably be construed as have a happy day, even the flintstones song says you'll have a gay old time, wilma!!!!!!! It is sad when fear of offence causes a song or phrase to have to be edited. There are no homosexual posters on here AFAIK, but if they are, perhaps they can post back if they find that sentence offensive and let us know their viewpoints, then we can have some discussion on it, but it cuts both ways,other posters should also be brought to book for using an offensive slur like "mong".
