Re IELTS in China - Who's your Daddy?
What exactly is your point?
International language exams such as IETLS and ESOL are necessary in order for academic institutions and workplace employers to gauge a candidates English ability. Education costs money, testing costs money... In every area, not just ESL.
The constant bashing of exams you don't understand is getting boring now.
