Correction: ICEAT doesn't keep employees' passport. I've had my passport with me since the day I arrived. They only request them for official work such as processing an iqama, or renewing an iqama. ICEAT is one of very few companies that issues a multiple exit/re-entry visa without any hassle. You're free to travel in and out of the country for six months at a time.
