Only Chinese business people can write such rubbish in their "contracts".

In a country where they consider verbal agreements and "guan xi" or going through the "hou men" to get things done, "contracts" be they for the employment of an FT or anyone else, are of little value. I'd say public jobs are the best bet, but even then be on your watch.........
