Re (foreign teachers in China) dont respect chinese

China will still exist as a great power but as the commoners become richer and more educated they will ask for basic standards in everything, from food and air quality to full transparency on the assets of the political rulers.

China will become a better country on the long run, I have faith in it, wealth will ultimately go to those with skills or the creative ones instead of the corrupt and the land buyout kings. It will be redistributed in a better way as well.

But this won't happen as long the people accept the deal made by Deng Xiaoping, to not mingle with political matters.

Very true. Already there is unrest, and unhappiness about things like the wealth gap, a looming property bubble, inflation, men who will never marry due to the materialistic demands of chinese women, pollution and so on.

Zero transparency yet they all know that everybody else from top to bottom is corrupt to the bone. The rulers don't say anything because all of them benefit from corruption to a certain extent. Those who don't (lower classes) and stand up for what is right are being crushed by the army or the police.

There is another reason they don't push for more transparency, they can't think otherwise than lying and cheating, 5000 years of slave mentality.

Ultimately the system will fail, China will still exist as a great power but as the commoners become richer and more educated they will ask for basic standards in everything, from food and air quality to full transparency on the assets of the political rulers.

As for China though, I still say democracy beats autocracy and dictatorship.

Definitely. Despite what the net bar wumaos and the GW foreigner defenders of China and the CCP say, democracy IS better. For one very good reason at least, transparency. There is zero transparency in China, and also, Russia.
