Re (foreign teachers in China) dont respect chinese

Yes, and it is the BLOODY STUPID CHINESE visa policy which has made it this way.A lot of FT's do not want to, for financial/personal/time reasons, to have to return to their home country to get police check and take care of the visa process there.By making it a CASINO game of CHANCE in Hong Kong, and refusing the possibility of getting a visa in Thailand or South Korea, they have made it harder for the long term ZHONG GUO TONG's and shot themselves in the JIAO bigtime!!!

Make things back the way they were, no criminal record check needed, invite letter to get visa in HK, and quelle surprise, the demand will be met!It is perfectly simple logic, but lost on the current CENTRAL government in PEKING which wants to make it harder for WAI GUO REN especially those with a chinese LAO PO to live and TEACH in China.

Thats my take, I will call a spade a spade.

I couldn't agree more. Wonder what Martin Hainan thinks about what you have said, and what I had said in the previous post of this thread to yours? The cat seems to have got his tongue!

He is not a good man, IMO! I suspect he is a paper tiger, as well as a wumao. He has elected not give us any advice how to get deceitful recruiters and agents barred from employing foreigners to teach. Instead, it appears by default, that he blames us foreigners for accepting illegal employment. But it takes 2 to tango, and the initial entanglement emanates from the Chinese side. That's the way to go - stop them from offering illegally in the first place by introducing crippling fines and withdrawing their right to hire foreign teachers as a matter of course, end of story re breaking visa regulations. A no-brainer! Has the cat still got your tongue, my man?

Yes, we both know the visa policy is crap, especially with regard their treatment of long termers.

All of the above tells me said big agent can't attract enough native speakers to meet the local demand.

ROXY: LET ME KNOW THE WHOLE DEAL XXXXX OFFERS, I CAN TELL U IF SHE IS CHEATING SOME PARTS OR NOT, BUT 5,500 SEEMS FAIR. ABOUT VISA, DON'T GO THERE ON AN L VISA OR AN F VISA. MAKE HER SEND U AN INVITATION LETTER SO THAT U CAN GET YOUR Z VISAS IN HUNGARY FIRST. THE WORRY IS IF YOU GO THERE ON AN L, AND SHE SAYS SHE CAN ONLY GET U AN F, YOU'LL BE IN BIG SHIT IF CAUGHT TEACHING, AT LEAST 6000 RMB PLUS DEPORTATION PLUS BANISHMENT FROM CHINA FOR 3 YEARS OR MORE. THINGS HAVE CHANGED HERE. BEFORE FOREIGNERS COULD WORK ON INAPPROPRIATE VISAS WITH LITTLE CHANCE OF BEING CAUGHT, BUT THINGS HAVE CHANGED A LOT. THE CULTURE HERE, EVERYONE TELLS LIES, EVEN TEACHERS, CHINESE TEACHERS, I MEAN. U CAN POST ON ESLTB AND ASK ABOUT XXXXX ON THAT OLD THREAD, BUT DON'T USE YOUR REAL NAME. MANY FOREIGNERS WHO TEACH IN CHINA ARE NOT TEACHERS BACK HOME, UNLIKE YOU AND YOUR FIANCE.
YYYYY: Look what she wrote about visa : "We will offer you student visa, cuz the work visa only applied for native English speak country's teachers. You was right about her. The woman I`m talking to is Helen
ROXY: yep don't teach with student visas, illegal
YYYYY: She says that all of her teachers teach on student visa and they have never been caught. It`s ridiculous that they run the business like that. You was right :)
ROXY: U SEE, IT DEPENDS ON THE PROVINCIAL EDUCATION OFFICE. IT ISSUES THE FOREIGN EXPERT CERTIFICATE. WITHOUT THAT U CANT GET THE Z VISA.

It's from Skype. Initially Z visas were offered, but that turned out to be a lie! Now, you being a lawyer, can you tell me if she and her fiance were caught teaching on student visas, would the agent, a big one btw, be in trouble too? The foreign teachers would be sent to a client school by the agent. How much trouble would the agent be in, both financially and regarding her hiring certificate for foreign teachers? What do you think?

All of the above tells me said big agent can't attract enough native speakers to meet the local demand.

I'm quite certain that you are Chinese (see the sentence structure pattern: 3 comma-connected independent sentences, followed by the use of an unnecessary and logically flawed conjunction). Your observations about modern Chinese mating and marriage actually reflect the prevailing emotions of young Chinese men who see their age-appropriate women being 'concubined' by wealthy Chinese men in an inflated housing market that is the financial brass ring for every young Chinese man hoping to qualify to acquire any wife at all.

In western society, having sex with multiple unhappy wives is not a badge of distinction among men. Neither do western men characteristically desire 'multiple' wives: even one spouse is eventually seen as a significant burden. Our Lotharios desire and pride themselves on multiple, unattached, brief, even anonymous, 'conquests' of naive, nubile and unmarried women.

The Emperor/franchise model of power loving is uniquely Chinese.

Certainly, many foreign teachers find some 'tea and sympathy' in the evolving social structure of modern China. And yes, many of these laowai would fare much less well in their native 'mating pool'. But the obstacles you face, young Chinese man making a living as a government wumao, in acquiring a wife are not of our making.

I do like White and Black chicks as well, my now friend ex is a typical German, blonde, blue eyed, living here in China. But, you can't expect me to be faithful when there are so many hot Chinese women out here who demand nothing, not even a dinner, for it. Still I didn't want to cheat on her, so we broke instead and now I can enjoy the local hotties and she can enjoy the local hung guys... oh wait!

You are very fortunate.
Just wondering if you are able to seduce Western women or African women in China unaccompanied by other foreigners more easily.
I'd have thought those women must be missing it very much if they aren't gay. I don/t think Chinese males have what it takes in terms of their physical attributes to satisfy straight laowai women in the sack.

Re (foreign teachers in China) dont respect chinese

I did my neighbor's wife quite a few times while he was away, their door is right in front of mine, I believe he doesn't suspect anything. I also had kinky moments with other women living here. One of them I met in the elevator while her husband was on a trip, less than 10 minutes later we were in the same bed, she keeps coming back whenever her walking ATM is away.

I live in the most expensive garden in my city, full of fat farmland buyout nouveaux riches and their hot wives who married them for nothing else but their money. Typical couple is 50yo man with 30yo woman.

The garden is not so big, four very tall buildings (45 floors each) about 20-30% occupied, there are not so many people here. So sometimes when I walk outside and see those fat tuhao I can't help myself but have a crooked smile, I probably bang their wife regularly and they don't know it, thing is I don't know who's wife they are since I never met their husbands.

Also the older moms might kill me if they find out that I did their 20-ish daughters.

It's so easy in China :b
