I speak to Chinese teachers/school and uni students regularly as they are customers of our food and drink business. We often talk about teaching and learning and they show me materials. Never worked in a middle school in China!

Very interesting! Had you taught at a middle school in China, I'm sure you'd have found it illuminating, and then you'd have been more knowledgeable about the Chinese education system. Teaching middle school is very different from listening to the Chinese talking about teaching and learning.
