The Chinese account of history doesn't add up, and the only EU rep at the Beijing parade, the Czech president, is interesting. Chinese communists lost few in the initial Japanese invasion then just like the Czechs who surrendered to Hitler then too.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday are my days off (3-5 Sept) regardless my employment agreement set holidays for this year. It's interesting how the traditions and/or feelings are in this country. I guess others in public schools around have their holidays as well.
