The SB doesn't need facts and evidence for his opinions...,

which can be quite amusing sometimes.

I second the exaggeration statement. It’s unfortunate the forum’s so often hijacked by the duo; and, I really doubt it’s two posters.

On the topic, while owning a property is truly risky in China (as of late especially), being refused a visa if you are married or own a home here is quite unusual. Then, having your money in a Chinese state owned bank is probably safer than having it in a privately owned Yankee bank. Don’t know much about NZ banks but am sure their sheep can tell more than the few people there. :)

I know several foreigners, Americans, married to Chinese women who have been refused visa extensions and they had to go back to the USA.
They have wives they can't visit and houses in China they can't live in. No reason was given for the visa refusals and does not need to be.

Sounds extremely far-fetched to me! If indeed so, why haven't any of those forcibly estranged Americans posted about such unfair treatment at the hands of Chinese Immigration online?
