Agree and disagree.

Yes, I understand HK is a semi autonomous part of China, but the UK has a legal and moral obligation under the sino-british joint declaration to speak out on HK's behalf. Esp. given the amount of british business interests there and so on. An agreement, is just that, an agreement. And China has to honour their side, just as much as the UK does.
