Not saying it is right, but you would be surprised at the number of people from all levels of society who want to get high and party at the weekend every now and then, not just young people in their 20s high fiving either.......

If drugs are your thing, China isn't exactly the best country for it though, there's quite a few other countries with more relaxed rules and policemen that are easier to bribe, not to mention better quality, real drugs. If anyone works in China and likes that kind of thing; they may as well just take a weekend to fly somewhere else and have a better time.

But people in certain countries like China do see drugs as a foreign tool to damage their society, it seems. Even though it is their laboratories that create the vast majority of cheap and sketchy 'legal highs' that are destroying the lives of many Western teenagers today!
