Annual Programme - Teachers Discussion

The Annual Programme is directed to be used in Spain. I Know some basic things to elaborate this programme, such as: characteristics of the children and their enviroment, sylabus based on the present law, 15 didactic units... What I wanted to know is if there is another more original way of doing it. Thankssss
