People truly ought to learn before they teach. The question is whether they can always learn more from the educational institutions or whether they can sometimes get more out of their life experiences than the schools. The folks that are valuable to our societies and make decent living are, in my humble opinion, to be reckoned with. Having succeeded in a field, which they've been in for a while, should be enough to share their knowledge with the future generation and that regardless their education. Take the former Manchester United club manager Alex Ferguson for example here. The man has had some amazing success rate as a manager which probably prompted the Harvard University to offer him a position. Then, I wouldn't mind Bill Gates teaching me or my kids in a degree program too. Anyhow, teachers that do their jobs or not around must know what I am talking about.
