As it happens our forum has had a number of current and former members who have lived in or near Yueyang. I think at least one foreigner is still there. We have one Chinese member (living elsewhere now) who claims Yueyang as her home town.

I think all these guys were associated with another school, so I don't know if they can fill you in on your Vocational school or not. Might be worth asking.

But we's just lousy with info about the town.
